Returns & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. As all our products are new, they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as well as our satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us immediately with any problems and we will rectify to your satisfaction.

The longest delivery period in which client should receive the order is 45 days. When this time exceeds and item is not delivered, customer is able to request full refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a 7 day return policy for defective products and exchange with new product.

In 7 day period products can be returned for refund. All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused. No exchange on used items.

We will cover return shipping charges on damaged and defective products. Other Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable.

All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

You must contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Please keep ALL packing material in the event that your product has to be serviced, repaired or returned.

We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
